Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
  • Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities including bending, stretching, and reaching
  • Ability to push or pull up to 60 pounds and lift or carry up to 30 pounds
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • Strong attendance and reliability

Job Duties

  • Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guest rooms in accordance with Greens and Brand standards
  • Maintain usage and organization of supplies in the housekeeping department
  • Understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture at all times
  • Stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stretching, and reaching
  • Work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, and evenings as required
  • Communicate professionally and helpfully with guests and co-workers
  • Assist with guest issues while maintaining professionalism and hospitable attitude
