Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to perform major life activities such as standing, lifting, bending, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, and communicating
- Must be able to stand for eight hours and perform physical activities including bending, stretching, and reaching
- Ability to push or pull up to 60 pounds and lift or carry up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work varied schedules including holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Strong attendance and reliability

Job Duties
- Maximize guest satisfaction by providing neat and clean guest rooms in accordance with Greens and Brand standards
- Maintain usage and organization of supplies in the housekeeping department
- Understand and implement the mission statement, values, and culture at all times
- Stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, stretching, and reaching
- Work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, and evenings as required
- Communicate professionally and helpfully with guests and co-workers
- Assist with guest issues while maintaining professionalism and hospitable attitude
