Job Duties
- Complete all laundry procedures including sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, inspecting, transporting and organizing all hotel linens
- Operate, clean and maintain laundry equipment
- Safely use chemicals to meet sanitation standards
- Ensure cart, linen, rooms, work areas and equipment are clean, stocked and functional
- Assist guests by providing friendly, courteous and professional service
- Respond to guest requests in a positive and timely manner
- Follow Hampton Inn guest service recovery program
- Ensure a clean and safe work area in compliance with brand and regulations
- Inspect work area and equipment for maintenance needs and report issues
- Follow procedures for guest and team member incidents
- Adhere to attendance, grooming and appearance standards
- Attend all required meetings
- Use all equipment and supplies properly
