Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without reasonable accommodations
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- professional demeanor with friendly personality and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus
- ability to operate laundry equipment safely
- basic literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods
- warm and professional attitude reflecting company culture
Job Duties
- Sort laundry items according to type and cleaning requirements
- operate commercial laundry equipment to wash and dry linens
- fold and store clean linens and towels efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- support housekeeping team to ensure linen availability for guest rooms
- report to the Laundry Supervisor or Laundry Manager
- adhere to safety and quality standards in all laundry operations
