- Wash linens and terry

- sort items
- fold linens and terry
- inspect items for wear and tear and stains
- maintain laundry area cleanliness and organization
- manage stock and inventory
- assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- provide courteous and friendly guest service
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
