Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally
- Strong work ethic and passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities
- Ability to greet guests warmly and provide outstanding service
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role
- Hardworking with a real passion for customer service
- Basic writing skills
- Professional communication skills
- Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting
- Launder all dirty towels
- Fold towels and stock them on shelves
- Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures
- Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen
- Stock amenity table for afternoon
- Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas
- Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found
- Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take on responsibilities outside of this job description as needed
