Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to communicate professionally in writing and verbally
  • Strong work ethic and passion for customer service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to greet guests warmly and provide outstanding service

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role
  • Hardworking with a real passion for customer service
  • Basic writing skills
  • Professional communication skills
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting
  • Launder all dirty towels
  • Fold towels and stock them on shelves
  • Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures
  • Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen
  • Stock amenity table for afternoon
  • Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas
  • Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found
  • Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
  • Take on responsibilities outside of this job description as needed
