Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to follow guidelines

- Age requirement of 18 years or older
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at scheduled time
- Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to perform repetitive motions of wrists, hands, fingers
- Ability to lift laundry supplies, linens and other items

- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcomed
- Work together with all team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Operate washing machines and dryers, clean dryer filters, and maintain laundry equipment
- Collect, transport, sort, weigh, load, and unload linens
- Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and towels
- Sweep and mop laundry floors, keep laundry carts clean and debris-free
- Replenish cleaning chemicals
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all back-of-house areas
- Wear clean, approved uniform and maintain professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Participate in shift handovers and complete checklists accurately
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and adhere to break schedules
