Job Requirements
- high school education desirable but not required
- 1 plus years of experience as a laundry attendant or comparable position desirable
- ability to safely operate commercial laundry equipment
- ability to read and understand written instructions especially operating instructions for laundry equipment
- good command of the English language
- excellent time management skills
- ability to multi task and prioritize work
- ability to work well in a team environment
- ability to follow corporate and brand standards and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- receive and sort soiled linen
- process sorted linen using washing machines dryers sheet spreaders ironers and feeder folders in accordance with established operating procedures
- inspect each finished item to ensure it meets quality standards
- reclaim stained linen through the use of special stain removing processes
- maintain accurate records of discarded linens
- participate in taking linen inventory
- immediately notify supervisor of malfunctioning equipment damaged linens or supply needs
- maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe manner
- report all safety hazards to immediate supervisor
- perform other duties as assigned by management
