Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly
- Capability to stand and walk for long periods
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service, cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform continuous movement, including bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Collect, wash, dry and fold all hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply of necessary items to perform daily work
- Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile
- Receive and put away deliveries while maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas
- Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed
- Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
