Job Requirements
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Ability to handle chemicals and detergents safely
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in work area
- Flexibility to assist in other cleaning tasks as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping roles advantageous
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and use of detergents
- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Manage stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Follow verbal directions accurately
- Work independently with minimal supervision
