Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to handle physical workload including lifting and standing for long periods
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to follow verbal instructions
- capable of working independently without supervision
Job Qualifications

- thorough knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- experience handling laundry chemicals and detergents
- good communication skills

- positive attitude towards guest service
- willingness to assist in other hotel operations when necessary
Job Duties
- wash, dry, sort, fold and inspect linens and terry for wear and stains
- keep laundry area clean and organized
- maintain stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces when needed
- provide courteous and friendly guest service responding promptly to inquiries and requests
- contribute to a positive work environment for team and guests
- follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and detergents
