Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 60 pounds
- Capacity to perform physical tasks such as sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for prolonged periods
- Weekend availability preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Legally authorized to work in the country
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping roles is an asset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Sort, clean, and fold guest linens to perfection, following top-tier standards
- Maintain the laundry room as a pristine and organized space, ensuring all machines and surfaces are safe and ready to use
- Clean, organize, and restock linen closets so they’re fully prepared for the next day’s needs
- Work with other team members to ensure the hotel meets cleanliness standards
- Cross-train and work with the Laundry Attendants when needed
- Perform the physical aspects of the job including sitting, bending, climbing, standing, reaching, and walking for up to 90 percent of the workday
- Lift and carry up to 60 lbs
