Job Requirements
- Standing for long periods of time
- repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, twisting
- reaching above, at and below shoulder level
- lifting and carrying unassisted up to 20 lbs
- exposure to cleaning agents
- ability to prioritize, organize and make good judgments
- ability to communicate in English with guests, management and fellow team members

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times while providing personalized service to hotel guests
- communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- sort linens for washing
- check for stains and treat appropriately
- wash, dry, fold linen
- run linen and deliver as requested
- store linen in appropriate location
- maintain assigned work area in a clean and safe condition
- report any missing/found articles or damage to the housekeeping supervisor
- assist with room attendant duties as needed
- provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel
- deliver DKN's "Home Away From Home" experience
- perform other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management
