Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate
- ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- warm, professional demeanor reflecting the company culture
- flexibility to work varied schedules including evenings and nights
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in hotel or laundry operations is a plus
- ability to operate laundry machinery
- good communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Support laundry operations to ensure availability of fresh linens for guests
- sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and towels
- operate laundry equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area
- report to the Laundry Supervisor or Laundry Manager
- assist housekeeping team as needed
- communicate job-related needs with guests when necessary
