Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relative experience in customer service
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees and supervisors
- Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems
- Physical ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Follow proper lifting techniques
- Comply with safety and operational regulations
- Maintain regular attendance
- Commitment to maintaining high personal grooming standards

Job Duties
- Sort linen by type
- Properly load washers and dryers
- Follow proper laundry folding and stacking procedures
- Separate re-wash linen using proper procedures
- Assist with monthly inventory procedures and collect dirty linen from guest rooms
- Clean linen traps from dryers
- Equipment wipe down and report any equipment malfunction to management
- Sweep and mop laundry floors
- Remove trash at end of shift
- Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Comply with safety standards and regulations
- Transport soiled linen from guest hallways to laundry area when needed
- Perform other duties as required
- Ensure linen is clean and available for use by hotel departments
