Job Requirements
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Experience working with chemicals and detergents
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Physical ability to perform laundry tasks
- Flexibility to assist in other hotel cleaning duties
- Availability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping roles preferred
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and chemical handling
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Perform laundry duties to wash, dry, sort, fold, and inspect linens and terry for stains and wear
- Maintain clean and organized laundry area
- Manage stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment
