Job Requirements

- physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently

Job Duties
- Assist customers with the use of payment systems, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash/dry/fold orders
- handle customer questions and concerns and inform management as needed
- maintain a neat and clean appearance wearing appropriate uniform
- maintain safe environment inside and outside the store by following proper security procedures and prioritizing safety
- ensure the highest level of cleanliness is maintained inside and outside of the store
- document equipment and building maintenance issues and escalate unsafe situations to management
- maintain a good visual presentation of retail products, educate customers about products, process sales accurately, and encourage additional purchases
- provide consistent quality in wash/dry/fold services, complete logs accurately, address customer concerns promptly and inform management of claims
- ensure all company policies and procedures are followed at all times
- perform all other duties as assigned
