- ability to operate laundry equipment safely
- basic knowledge of cleaning agents and textile care
- physical ability to handle lifting and standing for prolonged periods
- willingness to assist in housekeeping duties

- operate washing and drying equipment
- load and unload laundry machines
- measure and administer cleaning agents according to product specifications
- fold and store fresh linens
- assist housekeeping staff as a house person or room attendant when necessary
- maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area
- report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
