- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in resort laundry, housekeeping or related field
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- ability to work standing and walking for extended periods
- ability to perform physical tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching occasionally

- 0-2 years of experience in resort laundry, housekeeping or related field
- knowledge of laundry procedures, fabric care, and stain treatment
- skill in operating commercial washers and dryers
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

- ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Job Duties
- Sort and separate laundry by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements
- operate washers and dryers safely and efficiently, following proper procedures
- monitor laundry cycles to ensure timely completion and prevent equipment issues
- inspect items for stains or damage before and after washing
- treat stains as needed
- fold, hang, or organize clean laundry according to company standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and equipment
- report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly
- track inventory of laundry supplies and linens
- notify supervisor when restocking is needed
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- assist with guest or staff laundry requests, ensuring timely and courteous service
- label and store items properly to avoid loss or mix-ups
- work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to meet operational needs
- perform all other duties as assigned
