Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and stains
- Ensure the laundry area is clean and organized
- Maintain stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service by promptly responding to inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
- Follow all laundry procedures and safety protocols
