Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to walk long distances and move between work sites
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Capacity to lift laundry supplies and linens
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Punctuality in clocking in/out and taking scheduled breaks
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel welcome
- Work collaboratively to contribute to high guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Use relevant technology and answer phone calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Perform all stages of linen processing including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, folding, storing, and delivering linens
- Wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, and rags as directed
- Operate washing machines and dryers and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Keep laundry facility clean, well-organized, and safe
- Replace and replenish cleaning chemicals as needed
- Complete operational checklists accurately and promptly
- Submit accurate shift handover reports
- Maintain a clean, approved uniform and professional appearance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all team members
- Demonstrate a willing and positive attitude to support diverse team needs
