Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hotel or hospitality laundry role preferred
- ability to operate washing and drying machines
- physical ability to lift and move heavy linen loads
- reliable and punctual
- good communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in laundry or linen services is an asset
- knowledge of laundry equipment operation
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- physical stamina to perform manual tasks

Job Duties
- Prepares linens according to established standards
- cleans and delivers hotel linens
- sorts, pre-treats, washes, dries, presses, folds linens
- delivers linens to various departments
- ensures washers and dryers operate properly
- informs management or maintenance of malfunctions
- maintains linen cart and supplies neatly
- responds to guest and staff requests promptly
- maintains security of equipment, keys, and supplies
- keeps laundry area clean and well maintained
- maintains professional appearance and demeanor
- performs other duties as assigned
