Job Requirements
- No high school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior related work experience required

- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks during the full shift

- Must be able to reach above head, bend, and move in confined spaces

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- No prior experience required but a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
- Basic knowledge of laundry equipment operation is a plus
- Good physical stamina to handle manual tasks
- Strong communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Job Duties
- Operate and control laundry machinery for washing, dry cleaning, and drying including adding chemicals and cleaning lint filters
- Identify stained or damaged items and determine appropriate treatment such as stain removal, rewashing, or disposal
- Inspect cleanliness of items removed from washers, dryers, or dry cleaning machines and place them on carts
- Program dryer time and temperature according to fabric types
- Remove lint and debris from dryer and dry cleaning machine filters after each load
- Fold clean items manually or using folding machines according to designated size
- Maintain accurate records of washed and ironed items
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- Ensure professional appearance and clean uniform
- Support team to achieve common goals
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and working in confined or elevated spaces
