Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- One year of linen experience preferred
- Demonstrates skills and competencies necessary for safe job performance
- Proficient in English language for reading, writing, and speaking
- Ability to communicate positively and effectively with patients and staff
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safe handling and operation of housekeeping equipment and chemicals
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Transport clean linen to designated patient areas and departments following Linen Exchange/Stocking Program
- Receive and manage bulk linen deliveries and build carts
- Remove soiled linen and prepare for transport to laundry facility
- Track linen inventory using manual or automated systems
- Adhere to infection control guidelines in handling linen
- Operate linen transport equipment safely maintaining awareness of patients and surroundings
- Maintain organized and clean linen room to minimize lint buildup
