Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous laundry or cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent guest service
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and laundry supplies
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Ability to work with various chemicals and detergents
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong customer service skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and tear and stains
- Ensure laundry area is clean and organized
- Maintain stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Assist in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Contribute to a positive work environment for team members and guests
