Job Requirements
- Availability to work 5 pm to 1 am
- ability to handle various laundry chemicals safely
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and carry laundry items
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- willingness to assist with additional cleaning duties as needed
- strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred but not required
- knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- ability to follow verbal instructions
- ability to work independently without supervision
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry
- ensure laundry area is clean and organized
- maintain stock and inventory
- assist in cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude
- respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- contribute to a positive work environment for team and guests
