Job Qualifications

- customer service experience required preferably in hotel or related field
- full time open availability for AM and PM shifts weekends and holidays
- strong command of English including speaking reading and writing
- ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position
- ability to multi-task
- ability to take direction from supervisor or manager
- ability to show up to work on time consistently
- ability to lift pull and push minimum of 40 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
- desire to satisfy needs of others in fast paced environment
Job Duties
- process hotel and guest laundry including pressing sorting and folding
- use commercial pressing and folding equipment and program and log operations
- maintain clean comfortable and inviting laundry environment
- provide welcoming helpful and exceptional service to guests
- work flexible shifts including AM and PM weekends and holidays
- take direction from supervisor or manager
- ensure timely attendance and punctuality
