Job Requirements
- full time open availability for am and/or pm shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to lift, pull and push moderate to heavy weight minimum of 40 lbs
- ability to stand for long periods and move moderate distances
- true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- prior laundry experience
- customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- strong command of English language including speaking, reading and writing
- ability to learn quickly
- ability to multi-task
- ability to take direction from supervisors or managers
- ability to arrive to work on time consistently
Job Duties
- process hotel and guest laundry including pressing, sorting and folding
- use commercial pressing and folding equipment and program and log operations
- maintain a clean, comfortable and inviting laundry area
- provide welcoming and helpful service to guests and team members
- follow all safety and hygiene standards and procedures
- manage time efficiently to handle fast-paced workload
- collaborate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations
