- Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred but not required

- Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Ability to handle chemicals and detergents safely
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting linens and terry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Manage laundry stock and inventory
- Assist with cleaning rooms or public spaces as needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 service attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for team and guests
