- prior experience in laundry or housekeeping is beneficial
- ability to follow verbal directions
- knowledge of laundry procedures and chemicals
- capability to work with minimal supervision
- physical ability to perform manual tasks related to laundry
- willingness to assist in cleaning tasks beyond laundry duties
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred
- ability to follow verbal instructions accurately
- knowledge of laundry procedures and chemical usage
- strong attention to detail for inspecting linens
- good communication and guest service skills

Job Duties
- Performing laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and stains
- maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- managing stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- assisting with room and public space cleaning when needed
- providing courteous and friendly guest service with a positive attitude
- responding promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
