- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to continuously move, bend, lift, push, pull, carry and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift

- Previous customer service, cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Collect, wash, dry and fold all hotel linen and towels, maintaining an adequate supply of necessary items to perform daily work
- Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile
- Receive and put away deliveries while maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas
- Assist with cleaning, stripping or inspecting guest rooms as needed
- Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
