Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive on time and follow clock-in/clock-out procedures
- Willingness to provide sufficient notice when calling out from shifts
- Ability to work well under pace and pressure
- Ability to perform physical activities such as standing for long periods, walking, repetitive motions of hands and wrists, and lifting laundry supplies
- Must be able to follow guidelines and procedures
- Must have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must possess effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Must have clear communication skills
- Must have a desire to serve guests
- Must be punctual and reliable

- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and during their stay using their names when possible
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Answer incoming calls with friendly service and approved greetings
- Perform all stages of linen processing including collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, folding, storing, and delivering linens
- Operate washing machines and dryers and maintain laundry equipment
- Keep laundry facility clean and organized including floors and carts
- Replace and replenish cleaning chemicals as required
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Collaborate with all levels of staff to create a welcoming environment
