Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in hospitality, service, or consumer-facing franchise preferred
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures accurately
- Must work well under pace and pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills required
- Must have strong communication skills
- Desire to serve and provide excellent guest hospitality
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in/out on time
- Must provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor
- Ability to perform repetitive motions, standing, walking, and lifting
- Must maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Capable of operating laundry equipment safely and effectively

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names to ensure a welcoming experience
- Work collaboratively to achieve great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support and be aware of hotel events and groups
- Operate relevant technology and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Keep all workspaces clean, well-organized, and safe
- Contribute to cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet every guest warmly while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists with 100% accuracy every shift
- Ensure timely and accurate handover reports between shifts
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to exceed traditional role boundaries
- Collaborate to foster a welcoming guest environment and positive workplace
- Perform all linen processing stages including collecting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, folding, storing, and delivering linens
- Wash and dry linens and towels as directed
- Clean and maintain laundry equipment including washers and dryers
- Keep the laundry facility clean, organized, and free of debris
- Manage laundry chemicals by replacing and replenishing as needed
