Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous hospitality or related field experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a warm welcome
- Work together with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facilities and amenities
- Support awareness and execution of all hotel events
- Utilize relevant technology effectively for the role
- Answer incoming calls with friendly, approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests respectfully while performing cleaning duties
- Complete all operational checklists accurately each shift
- Ensure accurate and timely shift handover reports
- Wear clean approved uniform, be well-groomed, and smile at all times
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude by going beyond traditional role as needed
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Process all linens through collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading laundry equipment
- Wash, dry, fold, and stock linens and towels as directed
- Operate washing machines and dryers, maintaining equipment and cleaning filters
- Maintain laundry facility cleanliness, sweeping and mopping floors, and organizing linen closets
- Replace and replenish cleaning chemicals as required
- Arrive on time, clock in and out properly, and work scheduled shifts
- Follow guidelines and procedures strictly
- Provide sufficient notice for any shift absences
- Regularly stand, walk, perform repetitive motions, and lift laundry supplies and linens
