Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience in a hospitality or consumer-facing service preferred
- Must have a positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills required
- Desire to serve all guests
- Must be willing to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every scheduled shift
- Must clock in and out for breaks at designated times
- Must provide sufficient notice when calling out of a scheduled shift

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use the guests' names whenever possible to ensure they feel properly welcomed
- Work together with all team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of all hotel facility features and amenities
- Support and be aware of all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and operate relevant technology for the role effectively
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces sparkling clean and well-organized
- Pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests happily while cleaning, by name if possible
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Ensure shift handover reports are accurate and timely
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and be well-groomed with a nametag and smile
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to stretch beyond traditional roles
- Collaborate with all team members to create a welcoming environment
- Perform all stages of linen processing including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, unloading, folding, storing, and delivering
- Wash and dry all dirty linens, towels, and rags as directed
- Remove and sort dirty linens and towels from laundry carts
- Fold linens and towels and stock linen carts as required
- Understand the operation of washing machines and dryers
- Clean dryer filters and maintain equipment as trained
- Sweep and mop laundry floors
- keep laundry carts clean and free of debris
- Stock all linen closets throughout the hotel
- Replace and replenish cleaning chemicals as directed
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards in all back of house areas
