Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry or dry cleaning services preferred
- Knowledge of fabric care and stain removal techniques
- Ability to operate laundry and pressing equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Pressing and dry cleaning guests' clothes and other items per their particular requests
- Inspecting garments for stains and damages before cleaning
- Sorting laundry items according to fabric types and cleaning requirements
- Operating laundry machines and pressing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry work area
- Coordinating with housekeeping and guest services to ensure timely completion of laundry requests
- Adhering to company standards and policies to deliver high-quality service
