Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous laundry or housekeeping experience a plus
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding and inspecting linens and terry
- Ensure laundry area is clean, organized and maintained
- Maintain stock levels and manage inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces as needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service Attitude
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests and complaints
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
