Job Duties
- Receive dirty linen and load washing machines
- transfer linen to dryers and remove accordingly
- hand fold or machine fold linen using ironer and automatic folders
- neatly position and stack folded linen in clean laundry carts
- operate washing and drying machines, monitoring detergent mix and machine cycles
- inspect linens for softness, cleanliness and quality
- attend daily pre-shift meetings in housekeeping department
