Job Duties
- Perform a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, inspecting linens for wear and stains
- Ensure laundry area is clean and organized
- Maintain stock and inventory of laundry supplies
- Assist with cleaning rooms and public spaces when needed
- Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a positive attitude
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints
