Job Requirements
- Open availability for part-time hours
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Capability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or retail helpful but not mandatory

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bilingual skills a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every customer and assist with laundry cards, machine selection, wash and fold services, and answer questions
- Handle transactions smoothly and accurately with a smile
- Maintain store cleanliness by wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, restocking detergents, and keeping the environment organized
- Follow all safety protocols and monitor equipment for maintenance issues
- Quickly resolve any customer issues with a friendly and proactive approach
