Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Energetic and with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including multiple shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every customer and assist with laundry cards machine selection wash and fold services and address any questions they have
- Handle point of sale transactions smoothly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness by wiping down machines cleaning restrooms restocking detergents and organizing the store
- Follow all safety protocols and inspect equipment for maintenance issues
- Quickly resolve customer issues with a friendly and knowledgeable approach
