Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work part-time shifts
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Previous retail or service experience a plus
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and help with laundry cards, machine selection, wash and fold services, and any questions they have
- Handle transactions smoothly and accurately at point of sale
- Keep the store looking its best by wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, restocking detergents, and organizing the facility
- Follow all safety protocols and monitor equipment for maintenance issues
- Solve customer issues quickly and effectively with friendly attitude
- Promote and sell laundry products to customers
- Maintain a welcoming and clean environment throughout the store
