Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for long periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic cash handling skills

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and assist with laundry cards and machine selection
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness of store, including wiping machines, cleaning restrooms, and restocking detergents
- Ensure safety standards are followed and promptly report any equipment or maintenance issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction
- Promote and sell laundry products to customers
- Create a welcoming and friendly environment for all patrons
