Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Reliable transportation to the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or retail experience a plus
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact positively with customers
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Bilingual abilities considered an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every customer and assist with laundry cards and machine selection
- Provide wash, dry, and fold services with attention to detail
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of store including wiping machines and cleaning restrooms
- Restock detergents and supplies to ensure the store is well equipped
- Follow safety protocols and monitor equipment maintenance needs
- Resolve customer issues promptly with professionalism and friendliness
