Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and energetic attitude
- Willingness to learn and engage with customers
- Availability to work part-time shifts
- Previous customer service experience preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet every customer and assist with laundry cards, machine selection, wash and fold services, and answer questions
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently with a friendly demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of the store by wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, restocking detergents, and organizing the space
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and promptly report any equipment or maintenance issues
- Resolve customer problems quickly and effectively with a trained and positive attitude
