Job Duties
- Greet every customer and help with laundry cards, machine selection, wash and fold services, and any questions they have
- Handle transactions smoothly and accurately with a smile
- Keep the store looking its best by wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, restocking detergents, and keeping everything neat and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and monitor equipment or maintenance issues to ensure safety
- Quickly solve any issues on your own to keep customers happy
- Promote and sell laundry products
- Maintain spotless store conditions and equipment standards
