Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and help with laundry cards, machine selection, wash and fold services, and any questions they have
- Handle transactions smoothly and accurately with a smile
- Keep the store looking its best by wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, restocking detergents, and organizing the store
- Follow all safety protocols and monitor equipment or maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment
- Solve operational or customer issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell laundry products to customers
- Maintain equipment standards and store cleanliness
