- Prior customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Greet every customer and help with laundry cards, machine selection, wash and fold services, and any questions they have
- Handle transactions smoothly and accurately with a smile
- Keep the store looking its best by wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, restocking detergents, and keeping everything neat and organized
- Follow all safety protocols and monitor for any equipment or maintenance issues
- Solve customer issues independently and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Promote and sell laundry products
- Maintain cleanliness and functional standards of store equipment and facilities
