Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Have a can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Must be able to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn new tasks and procedures
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Provide expert customer service including greeting customers, assisting with laundry cards, machine selection, and answering questions
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized store conditions including wiping down machines, cleaning restrooms, and restocking detergents
- Follow all safety protocols and monitor equipment and maintenance issues
- Solve customer and operational problems promptly with a friendly attitude
- Promote and sell laundry products to customers
- Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for clients
