Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous housekeeping and laundry experience desired
- ability to understand verbal and written instructions
- ability to complete assignments thoroughly and on time
- ability to work well with others as part of a team
- polite and courteous to all residents, visitors, co-workers and management team
- must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, grasp, push and pull for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift 20 lbs and carry objects for up to 20 feet
- must wear designated uniform during work hours and maintain good personal hygiene
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure assigned areas are clean, sanitary, safe and orderly
- launder personal laundry items, linens, towels, blankets and departmental laundry according to company procedures
- fold and return laundry items to the correct location in a timely manner
- complete assignments thoroughly and on time
- work collaboratively with team members to maintain sanitation standards
- interact politely and courteously with residents, visitors, co-workers and management
- perform other duties as assigned by management
