Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year related linen experience
- ability to adhere to policies and procedures without exception
- ability to effectively prioritize requests while maintaining established workflow
- flexibility to adapt to changing needs while maintaining focus in accomplishing tasks
- excellent oral communication and customer service skills
- detail oriented with ability to adhere to tracking requirements
- ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Assist in the transport of clean and soiled linen deliveries and pick up
- restock and deliver exchange carts to all end users
- collect and document clean and soiled weights for tracking and billing purposes
- move heavy linen carts full of clean and soiled linen
- adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- prioritize requests while maintaining established workflow
- communicate effectively with stakeholders across the care continuum
